Much better run this morning. My leg felt pretty good right out of the gate and i hit the mile in 7:08. Continued on to NCC and stretched at the track for a minute. Ran a lap and headed home. The last mile and a half or so got pretty tough. I am wondering if i should just run 3-4 miles instead of pushing that last mile to 5.
Did 3 sets of hamstring curls on the ball and worked the abs again. Also did some stretching and rolled out the hamstrings and IT bands. Good overall workout.
