Notes

Headed out with no real plan on how or where i was running. Thought i might loop up to the Y and lift some weights then head home. Ran a 6 mile loop to the Y and hopped on the treadmill when i got there. Got in a little groove and ran 5 miles in 33:30. Then lifted for 15-20 minutes and headed back on a 3 mile loop home. Longest run for me in a while even though it was broken up into a few parts.

On a side note, i am out of commission for a little while. While in Jville for Christmas i was playing football with the kids indoors and stepped on an ice scraper that was sitting point up on the floor. Cut the shit out of my heel "down to the meat" my mom said. It is sore, but should be runnable in a couple of days. Merry Christmas!
