Day 3. Ran outside for the first 10 minutes, then had to come in because Amy was leaving. Hit the treadmill and decided on a progression run. Started at 7 min pace and worked down from there. Last 3 miles were 6:19, 6:04, 5:49. Probably the first mile I have run under 6 minutes since last October...
