Headed to PT and got some good work in. I warmed up on the elliptical and we did a lot of stretching on my hamstrings. Did some strengthening exercises, used the foam roller on my hams, quads and IT bands. Got a message on my right hamstring (ouch) and stim with heat for 15 minutes.
