Notes
Henz came over this morning to get our run in and go check out the Turkey Trot. We started out slow and were moaning and groaning like some old men. We ran up the path, out by the train station, etc and ended up over at the start of the race an hour in to our run. We watched the start, ran through the path to 2.5 miles and then ran back to the finish. Brady won the race (i assume), followed by Carrigan. Krump and Scheffler ran awesome (15:45, 15:48). We saw a bunch of guys from NCC there and then headed back home. I am sure we were running faster than 6:58 pace, but i didn't feel like we went 11.5 at 6:40 pace either so i just called it 11. Nice morning and good distance on the run. First back to back hour plus runs i have done in a while.
