Great workout. Started at 6 minute pace and cranked it down to 5:35 at the end. Felt tough around 2.5 miles, but felt really good the last 3. Legs are going to be sore as hell tomorrow, but it was worth it. Maybe I should run on 3 hours of sleep every day!
