Notes

Don't want to talk about last week. Need to forget it and move forward. Had probably my best workout so far today. Had some good distance across the progression from 7 minutes down to 5:35 pace. My left hamstring is pretty tight which is weird because my right one was hurting the last few miles of the run. Probably compensated too much. Solid effort today, now have to get up tomorrow for an easy recovery run.
