Food log for Father's day:

coffee after church, two cans of sardines, tomato salad, bread

Protein shake

6-8 stalks of celery

Fish fry, mahi mahi, at lots, batter had Newcastle beer in it, and rice

Lenten blueberry pie

Poor sleep after this meal. Felt like I had drunk a few beers, but I hadn't,, felt a bit hypertensive.

GI discomfort Monday evening.
