Quads did not want to put in the miles today. But my laps were 1:50 to 2 flat so thats like 7:20 to 8:00 which is good cause there was a good strength breeze on the homestretch. Oh yeah the track is concrete so its hard. But today was good I will go a little shorter tomorrow but I think that is not bad for my first week back running after 4 weeks off and I still have more than 5 months until racing season. More like 6 months. The trip to the track and back slow my average down cause I didn't stop the watch at the stop signs today.
