Notes

Started easy but the last minute was tough. Good though I need to keep workin' hard or I'll stagnate and never run to my potential. I figure if I'm not doing "more" then I am not doing enough. Either I need more mileage, faster workouts, more ab workouts, more lifting or I don't improve much. I know that there is a limit and I think improvement comes with years even doing the same thing but why improve 10 seconds by doing the same when I can improve 30 by working a bit harder?
