Notes
I was doing 7:30 through 12 stopped for the bathroom and a vitamin water, which I drained in like 90 seconds, and fell apart the last 1.5 miles as my intestines revolted and I was reduced to a shuffle, not pretty. but I made it back without an embarrassing and possibly illegal incident. I took it somewhat easy today I haven't run 20 in over a month so it was nice to do it again, albeit slowly.
