Virtual spin classes at anytime fitness, plus a little stretching and core work. No taping on achilles tendon. This felt good. Achilles a little sore after shower but better than in am and before class.
First 15m warm up was mind over mtn. Then 20 min of mind over mountain, then 52 m and 20miles of Intervals/Endurance. Climbs - mind over mountain maybe? 9.2 m and 25:00, on lighter resistance.
