Orhotics in shoes. Rt leg good after about 20 minutes. Very very hot. climb with 8 - 8.5 resistance seated, then standing, followed by higher speed lower resistance felt good. 5 felt super easy by the end. Both feet good before, during, after. But right started getting sore in arch and middle of base of heel/arch later in the day.
