AHS trails from Parks and Rec with Dennis, Myles, Atticus. Drank 1/2 gatorade, 1/2 h2O completely dry by 4.5 miles. Right heel K-taped from mid arch to achilles, and across arch sideways near heel. 3 IBF before run. Old repaired orthotics. Legs heavy in first mile. Good after 2.
