Breathing issues until 4.8m when I drank some ice water and had 3 or 4 gu chomps. Then immediately a lot better. I think I need to take succeed or icy lemon water, etc before I run if I don't use drugs. The first 4.5m were full of mucous, coughing, congestion etc. Legs and feet felt good in these shoes. Sunglasses and no hat was also good.
