Notes

Walking lunges felt good on legs and feet. Keep doing these. Also the squats, deadlifts, and hinges seemed to help. This was a rest day of gentle strength training and yoga/flexibility. Felt very good to "take a day off" from the running. Foot pretty good at end of this workout and later in day. Still adjusting to new orthoses though.
