3 - 4 intervals of 5-10 m standing at 6-6.5 R, rest fairly steady at 5 R. Legs a little bit tired near very end. Rt foot sore on some of standing, better after and later in the day. Rt ham/glute felt better after bike and core work. Has been bothering me lately.
