1 mile in 42:17 free and breast mixed. Breast about every 300 or 400 yards. Then 50 back, 150 pull, 50 back.
A little slow, hungry. Had only fake bacon, eggs, a tiny bit of oatmeal and coffee, toast before. Legs and feet good after swim.
