Rt foot, left glute taped. Very windy 20-25 mph from NE and raining. First beach run in a NorEaster. With Atticus, and Dennis. Way easier with the wind than against it. Atticus loved it, D and I were soaked afterwards, but enjoyed it. Night splint, 3 ibuprofen before the run.
