Good run. Much better than last time. Legs and feet good. Very hard to breathe due to congested nose and chest, otherwise good run. Nose and breathing better after run than before. Cool down walk. 2 clementines, 1 grapefruit, and a couple hands of peanuts after run. 2 clif bloks on drive home. 2 bloks before run, and cup of coffee. 1 gu at 4.36m another at 8.39 were just right. Camelback, shorts, short sleeve shirt were fine. Beautiful day to run. Ready for my "taper". Everything feeling good after cool down and stretch.
