New orthoses from Friday - okay for a while. Good for legs/knees mostly; made my right foot sore in later miles; different than old ones. Ran with Tom til about 6 m, then with Molly, other Tom, Kathleen, another woman for a while. Behind Molly in later miles, as I had to keep stopping and stretching out left calf and right foot, calf, ankle, leg, etc. Very good run considering the huge adjustment to new orthotics. Slight uphills and downhills felt the best. Worst was severe camber on flatter parts. About 10min in Kathy's pool after, then ice on foot. 3 ibuprofen before bedtime, and wore night splint.
