This felt good, even if slow. I took about 1/2 mug of coffee with half and half, and regular water before running. I took a succeed with water at about 1 m. Didn't drink again until about 5.2m. This worked ok, and less trouble breathing. No glasses or hat, were all fine this time. A lot less humid this am.
