Walking lunges felt good on legs and feet. Keep doing these. . This was a rest day of gentle strength training and yoga/flexibility. Felt very good to "take a day off" from the running. Foot pretty good at end of this workout and later in day. Still adjusting to new orthoses though. Took them off half-way through this work-out and went back to old black ones. 100% better, wearing them the rest of the day with N12-1.
