Green toe socks, ampro tights, blue turtleneck top. Very easy run to stay loose. A bit too hot for the conditions on the way back as it got warmer. Wonderful cool down walk along Rowe's wharf by out hotel. I think I saw Ryan Hall running the other way on our way back.
