Super humid. Gu at 3.25 and 7.5 m. Carried ice water to 2m water stop.. Ran out to 5m mark on 450 and back. Succeed before run and at 5.5 m I think. Felt horrible in the sun, much better in the shade. Way overheated in the sun back in the neighborhood. Should have started a lot earlier. Otherwise nice run.
