blue orthos, 3 gus, carried water, gatorade at Camp Barrett and after. A little bit with Stuart and Beau, mostly alone though. Accidentally ended up in front of Tom instead of with him and others. Feet/hips/rotaters were getting sore during this run but made it. Still fighting the orthotics it seems like. Dennis and I then danced a lot at the TCS christmas party, with me in high heels and that felt surprisingly okay.
