Notes

Also some yoga stretches, down dog, pigeon, and calf stretches against wall with book under base of big toe and big toe. Neutral pelvis/core felt MUCH better. Also some high hanging and 2x low hanging with lateral breathing. PT included pulling out ankle and ultrasound on right foot. Step down while keeping core neutral.
