Walk out to Bosu planks alternating legs 15 s each, and side planks and forward 15 sec hold x 4. Rolling on floor arms, legs, leg tucked. 2 x right vs left, eyes closed. Lunge twist 6 left leg base, 12 rt leg base x 2, with eyes closed, 3 posiitons. Bridge with leg tucked 2x rt vs left base leg. Then bridge and hold leg up for 20 - 30 s, 2 x rt base leg. Belly breathe at home before sleep 5 minutes. Forward bend/toe touches, 3 toes lifted, 3 heels lifted with block between knees and squeeze when reach end to go further. Stretching of hams etc at end with band also felt good.
