Walk back from treecourt industrial park to Mom's house after running a bit on the Meramec Greenway trail and in the industrial court. Heel felt pretty good. Taped with y partway up calf, and sideways tape on sorest spot. Felt better the quicker, lighter and longer I ran. Downhill and flat good; slight up hill was managable. Felt very good after walk and later, etc. Swelling/lump better after run than before.
