Notes

Slant board series on balance disk propped onto yoga block and shoes. 30 s each side one legged, 20 2 lb weight lifts to each each side each direction and foot, 10 ball rotations each direction and foot, 10 knee bends holding weight in each hand, in each direction. then some stretching

Todd evaluation in am, with some of the slant board routine and learned new items: rolling on the floor (3 each way, upper body, lower body), slant board torso twist with pole behind arms/upper back with hips tucked under for 5 minutes, and 5 minutes of belly breathing face down on mat (alligator breath).
