Long, easy, hilly PD, courts, Pinewood, Heritage Harbor, 1st and 2nd street and extra court, PD and courts. Felt pretty good. Left glute, ham a little tight from last weeks fall. Better near the end. Feet pretty good. Feet and legs better when I could find the right, light-footed, quick landing on my midfoot area. Legs had instant relief then, especially hamstrings. Tapering for MCM, and race tomorrow am. 1 GU around 4.2 miles. Should have either had one before run or a little bit of fruit, or something. Hand held water bottle lasted whole run for me.
