Right foot sore, inflamed, warm, didn't go in whirlpool. Night splint. Ibuprofen 3 at 3:30, 8:30 pm. Ice for a couple hours on and off in PM, and throughout work day. Attachment area very inflamed. Wore pink asics today and those were comfortable.
