Great run. Rt foot good throughout. Left leg a little sore at spots, but stride a lot more normal. Todd adjusted my right ankle which was out of place and this straightened up my right foot a lot. Also gave me new exercise to help right knee tracking. Leg got sore/tight/stiff later in day after sitting. PM walk helped. PM core routine.
