With Tom. Camelback of ice, water, gatorade. Gu at about 6.5 and 9.5, succeed around 7.5 m, should have taken that sooner. Black orthos, white toe socks were good. Ice cold gatorade and water at Camp Barrett with Gu was good. Took some roctane gu at 9.5 and a couple hours later during yoga class. Zumba and yoga after were good. Was going to possibly go second loop with Tom, but was getting way overheated. Didn't wear hat, just sun glasses, hat might have helped. Not sure, no power, so had slept in 85-90 degrees and was already weak and dehydrated to start....
