Notes

Apple walnut oatmeal before swim and coffee. Very very good energy and breathing during this swim. Better than lately. 5K helped clear out my breathing? Legs/feet great. Good afterwards as well. Average 13 strokes/length. 348 cal., 1725 free, 325 breast, 100 back. More symmetrical with kicking and rotating then I've been in a while.
