Excellent deep water run and dance. I had the water proof ipod strapped around the belt. Rolling Stones Forty Licks disk 2, then some Beatles anthology (Something, Octopuses Garden, etc.), then Creedance Clear Water Revival. That was so good I kept going past the hour.Everything felt great throughout, but at one point my right knee felt a little out of whack, changed position then swimming helped. Purple foam float belt was good.
