Great run again. Rt foot a little tight in arch, in last few miles. Hips/sides of glutes tight on slant. Felt a lot better after evening things out on Tundra, and the other courts on the say back at the end. 1 mile walk cool down also helped. RT foot tight and squirmy in pm Had to keep stretching it out. Wore both night splints lasts night. Form felt good throughout most of this run. My feet still have to get used to being more active, especially spreading big toe away from others to stabilize instead of overpronating.
