Notes

Wore gel 1150 with old orthos. Half of Robin's class plus all of Deb's class. Did a bunch of intervals of stand, easy stand, jog, hover, sitting climb, sprint, recover, etc. Felt great. Hard to do, but was better in the second class. Could use a little more resistance, Guessing on speed and distance. Wore hrm for part of the second class.
