This felt great. Nice easy swim. Except for smashing my head into the wall during my cool down backstroke. Not too pleasant, that part. 1250 yd free in 26:39 total, 700 yd breast in 17:00, 100 back in 2:52. Nice break from so many miles running. Legs, feet, back felt great. Shoulders got a little tired. They were toast for doing push-ups in body pump class on Friday. Just wouldn't do it.
