Horribly humid, 97% feeling ok on this until about 4.85 when I had too much thick mucous to breathe very well. Much better after drinking about 8 oz or so of icy water at neighbors. Then ok to complete the run. Might need to carry ice water on > 5m in this humidity next time. Legs, rt hip, feet good. Rt hip a little bit tight and sore after. Feels better after doing some stretchig.
