Good race. Gu at 4.5 miles, Succeed also. Gatorade mix in camelback. Very hot on second half. Rt foot good, but sore and tired the last 3 miles or so. Too much slant to left down (route was clockwise). Banana, BPJ, salty snacks, gatorade after. Foot a lot better after walking, stretching, icing it. No tape, no drugs.
