Hill, hills and more hills. Right foot taped. Aching/tight starting around 5.5 m. Gel at 6.67. Water at 2, 5.6, 6.7, 8.5, 10. Loosened tape around 7.8 and it helped. Removed/loosened it more around 9. Last mile much better. Removed it completely for cool down walk. Left glute attachment a bit tight on and off, seemed like a road slant issue. Felt better after some walking up hill/stretching.Everything else good. Night splint last night, foot good in am. These shoes feel good, not as high of heel, but might not be enough for these longer runs.
