Did some yoga stretching after, felt good. Down dog, up dog, pigeon, dead bug, pose of child, forward bend, twist legs to side, plow. Felt good to do outer thigh machine, and leg extension/seated ham curl, dead lift. Stretching very good too. Stretch with band rotate leg across body extended helps left periformis/glute/hamstring. Lots of feet and calf stretches. N10-6 and new ortho felt fine. Rt foot taped new way felt good. Squats felt good to do, also plie squats. Dead lift, seated ham curl, outer thigh feel good for the left leg attachment. so does bridge.
