Notes

Ankle cuff resistance (blue) and water runners on feet for most of it. Lavendar float belt. Good. Left middle toes started cramping at one point, loosened water runner and it helped. Removed the water runners for the last few minutes to cool down. This felt good after the swim. Aupuncture on right foot in am.
