38:12 first mile. 100 breast, every 300 yards up to 2000 at 43:59, then mix of 100 back, 200 breast, 100 IM, 100 free, 50 breast, 50 back, 25 fly, etc. up to 2800. Toe good. Whirlpool after wards for about 5 min.
