TCS treadmill. Varying incline mostly 0 - 1%. This felt very good, but I could tell my right leg/knee/ankle/back slightly twisted, out of alignment as I could see myself in the mirror. It felt like this run helped a bit with straightening out back after the hard fall on Sunday. Off monday due to ice and snow in the neighborhood, only walked with Atticus in hiking boots short on Monday.
