No orthos, grey toe sock liners. Just the liners that came with the shoes. This felt pretty good. Might have rubbed a bit on my big toes. Very very humid. Iced water, succeed before run. Another at 4.5 miles, jet blackberry gu at end 6.5 m.
Took atticus on cooldown walk. I like these shoes a lot. 75 at start 81 at end and sunny.
