White toe socks; this felt pretty good, including the faster running. Practicing the 3-2 and 2-1, 2-1-1- breathing patterns from Budd Coates running ahead article. Feels very good when I do that. Stride smoothing out a lot with that and keeping upright, open chest, upper body rotation etc.
