I was pretty damn tired (leg tired from the race). Was a bit worried about pace, plus having run this same workout a couple weeks ago and feeling great on that go. But it was awesome. Because my legs were feeling it, I was mostly just focused on a super relaxed pace. I wound up just settling into 75s and that was so easy to hold. On the last interval I was 3:45 through 1200 and decided to go fast. Closed in a 66!
