20x200 (100 @ 75%, 100 @ 90%, 200m jog)

I wound up running them with a head wind at the finish for each interval, which I kind of liked. I really have no idea what 75% or 90% actually means for split time, so I just kind of went fast and then went faster. I split ~31-32 for each one. On the last one I wanted to see what almost 100% felt like so I just went for it and ran a 27. It was a lot of fun just letting my legs go, not something I really do much of at all anymore.
